My first visit to Milan took place exactly 20 years ago, in February 1999. I still remember the last part of the journey into the city center and the bus terminus in front of the Sforza Castle, as well as buying a city map for 5,000 lire, which I still keep today. That same day, I went to see the Duomo and… it was love at first sight. At the time, I had no idea that just a few years later I would move here permanently. Today, I work as a tour guide in Milan, and I very often welcome my visitors right in front of the Castle, or we meet near the Duomo.

My name is Justyna Zalewska. I hold a degree in Italian Studies, and since 2015 I have been working as a licensed tour guide in Italy. My area of specialization is Milan and the Lombardy Region, as well as the picturesque and romantic lakes of northern Italy: Lake Como, Lake Garda, and Lake Maggiore.

In a nutshell: I help curious people discover the secrets, beauty, and atmosphere of Milan and northwestern Italy!
